Limits available up to $5,000,000 Per claim / $100,000,000 annual aggregate all claims*

•  Libel & Slander;


•  Infringement of Copyright;


•  Unintentional Breach of Confidentiality;


•  Unintentional failure to refer to Healthcare Service Provider $250,000;


•  General Liability to Third Parties;
Sexual Harassment / Abuse $100,000;


•  Products Liability $100,000 including Remedies;


•  Loss of Documents $250,000;


•  Rescuers & Good Samaritan coverage.
 


Premiums starting as low as $175.00 + tax.

We are also able to provide coverage for equipment and liability for studios, clinics and offices which can be purchased separately and discounted association rates.

* Each individual is issued their own separate insurance policy. There are no shared limits with other members or groups. This program is exclusively provided by Holman Insurance Brokers Ltd.. In order to process and bind coverage we need the following:

1. Application completed & signed;

2. Payment processed;

3. Certification from CFES.
