Indoor Cycling Instructor Workshop
This workshop teaches the practical and professional skills required to be a successful group cycle instructor. Attendees will learn how to program plan and teach group indoor cycling classes of all fitness levels in a safe and caring atmosphere, as well as proper use of equipment. Choreography, music selection, bike set up, and sample drills will all be covered in this workshop.
This workshop is only for currently certified CFES Group Fitness Instructors.February 11, 2023
