Weight Training Instructor Practicum

The ONLINE Weight Training Practicum allows students to complete their practical requirements for attaining CFES certification in a self-paced, constructive, and encouraging environment. Zoom meetings are scheduled to discuss the practicum outline, which includes homework assignments from the CFES Weight Training Program Booklet as well as custom designed assignments.

Students will fine-tune their WT instructor skills and become confidently prepared for real-world weight room environments. It concludes with a final video submission that will be marked under the Instructor Skills Assessment (ISA) guidelines outlined in the Program Booklet. NOTE: for 1-on-1 in-person practicum completion in the Montreal area, please contact Veronika via email: info@inshapetraining.net
