The ONLINE Group Fitness Practicum allows students to complete their practical requirements for attaining CFES Certification in a constructive and encouraging environment.  Students may practice in one or more different disciplines and feedback will be given by the supervising instructor via email and scheduled Zoom meetings.  This practicum utilizes the CFES Group Fitness Program Booklet for homework assignments and helps fine-tune group fitness teaching skills to prepare students to instruct a real class.  It concludes with a final video submission that will be marked under the Instructor Skills Assessment (ISA) guidelines outlined in the Program Booklet.
