Build on your existing fitness knowledge foundation. This module is an introduction to yoga and its elements, including breath, language, poses and basic philosophy. You will learn teaching techniques, classroom management, and how to successfully and safely sequence and cue classes. There will be opportunities to create and practice teaching classes to ensure you are confident in delivering a well-designed, multi-level class experience. Training manual included.
Prerequisite: Fitness Theory Course and Exam.
